Camping has changed quite a bit from when I was a child camping at the “Lazy B” right next door. We would light our Coleman lantern and walk around the pop up camper and snap all of the canvas snaps down to keep the bugs and the rain out just incase a storm would blow up in the middle of the night. Telling tales about snake island, floating for miles and miles on an inter tube and not going past my waist, cruising the campground in the dark on our bikes and getting the best tan ever. Those are the memories that we want to pass down to our children at North Landing Beach Campground & RV Resort.

Ever since then, whenever I think about getting away, having a great time, or just enjoying the outdoors...I think of NLBC. We planned to come in July, for my daughters' birthday and I made a reservation with Julie, who I thought...was one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with on the phone. Upon arrival, we met Marie...also a sweet, wonderful person...I felt like I had known her for years. I can honestly say, you have some of the nicest people working there, and they really do make you feel welcome, like you're family. Brian assisted us with canoes and life jackets. I didn't want to leave! We did the water balloons, cooking out on the grill, canoeing, the beach...who would want to go anywhere else? I love this place...and I can't wait to come back!
